I designed and developed a multi-step lead generation and automated sales funnel for Abia C'Save Services Limited, a cooperative financial organization focused on helping working-class earners build better saving habits and achieve greater financial stability.
The project goes beyond a traditional website by combining a lead magnet landing page, automated PDF delivery, a thank-you and value page, financial clarity call booking, email automation, and an admin CRM dashboard. The system was designed to educate visitors, capture qualified leads, nurture them automatically, and guide interested prospects toward becoming members or booking a coaching session.

The main challenge was creating more than just an informative financial website. The system needed to attract the right audience, capture their information, deliver valuable resources automatically, build trust through a structured journey, and turn interested visitors into potential clients or cooperative members.

The system needed to collect useful lead information, including name, email, phone number, occupation, and the visitor's primary financial challenge.
Automated Follow-Up
Leads needed to receive useful financial content automatically over several days without requiring the team to manually contact every subscriber.
Conversion Journey
The website needed to move visitors naturally from downloading the free guide to learning about the cooperative solution and eventually booking a financial clarity call.
Lead Management
The team needed a central place to view subscribers, manage booked calls, monitor email activity, and keep track of the overall campaign.
I built the website as a connected sales and lead-nurturing system. Instead of sending every visitor through the same journey, the platform uses targeted pages, automated resource delivery, appointment scheduling, email follow-ups, and an admin dashboard to guide and manage leads from their first interaction.
Lead Magnet Landing Page
I created a focused landing page offering the free financial peace guide and used a lead capture form to collect relevant information from interested visitors.
Automated Resource Delivery
After submitting the form, leads can immediately access the guide while a copy is also delivered to their email, creating a smooth and automated onboarding experience.
Clarity Call Booking
I integrated an appointment scheduling flow that allows prospects to choose a suitable date, time, and preferred communication method for their financial clarity session.
The completed system gives Abia C'Save a structured way to attract, educate, nurture, and manage potential members and coaching clients. By connecting the landing pages, automated emails, booking system, and admin dashboard, the project reduces manual follow-up while creating a more organized experience for both the business and its leads.
Automated Email Campaign
The system supports a 10-day email nurture sequence that delivers educational financial content to leads at scheduled intervals, helping maintain engagement after the initial download.
Admin CRM Dashboard
The admin console provides a central view of registered leads and booked calls, while also allowing the team to monitor email dispatches, delivery activity, campaign progress, and follow-up templates.
